Dark and Stormy






8 ounces dark rum2 (8-ounce) bottles of ginger beer
1 cup ice


1
Pour rum evenly among four glasses, fill with ice and top with ginger beer

2 cups ice4 ounces Absolut Citron vodka
8 ounces St. Germain liqueurJuice of 1 lime, freshly squeezed
4 ounces acai berry juice1 bottle champagne, chilled

    In a small pitcher filled with ice, mix together St. Germain, acai berry juice, vodka and lime juice. Strain about 1 1/2 ounces to fill the bottom third of each champagne flute. Rim the glass with black sugar (easy to make with sugar and black food coloring, if you can find it in your local store). Top with champagne.

Green with Envy Apple Margarita



8 ounces blanco tequila2 ounces lemon juice
4 ounces green apple liqueur4 cups ice
2 ounces lime juice

Ghouls Grog





3-ounce package lemon-flavored gelatin3-ounce package cherry-flavored gelatin
2 cups boiling water, divided8 ounces peach liqueur
8 ounces Absolut Citron vodka
Mix lemon gelatin with 1 cup boiling water and the vodka. Pour mixture into shot glasses until each is 3/4 full. Mix cherry-flavored gelatin with 1 cup boiling water and the peach liqueur. Top off each shot glass with the cherry mixture. You can switch the order, putting cherry gelatin on the bottom of the shots and topping them with lemon gelatin. Chill shots until just before serving.

Skeleton Sangria




2 bottles chilled dry red wine(zinfandel, merlot or pinot noir)2 oranges, thinly sliced
8 ounces pineapple nectar8 ounces sparkling water
8 ounces Cointreau4 cups ice cubes
2 ounces fresh lime juice
In a drink dispenser, combine the wine, pineapple nectar, Cointreau, lime juice and orange slices. Chill for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors marry. Just before serving, pour in sparkling water and add the ice cubes


Witches Potion

8 ounces light rum24 ounces cranberry juice
8 ounces dark rum24 ounces pineapple juice
4 ounces creme de banane2 ounces grenadine
4 ounces blackberry brandy6 cups ice cubes
 In a punch bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. For a smoky effect, add a block of dry ice.


Bloody Red Martini


1 Cup Ice 
8 Ounces Vodka
4 Ounces Triple sec
4 Ounces Pomegranate Juice
2 Ounces Freshly squeezed Lime Juice

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, mix the first four ingredients. Allow the mixture to sit for 1 minute, giving time for the flavors to marry. Strain into martini glasses and enjoy.
For bloody rims: In a shallow dish, mix together 2 tablespoons light corn syrup, 1 drop lemon extract and 2 drops of red food coloring. Turn the glass upside down and swirl the rim in coating. Turn the glass upright and fill.



The Confession

2 cups ice2 ounces peach nectar
8 ounces gin2 ounces raspberry juice
2 ounces limoncello
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine all ingredients and mix well. Strain into ice-filled rocks glasses and serve.


Bloody Brain




  • 1 1/4 oz. strawberry vodka
  • 1/8 oz. Rose's lime juice
  • 3/4 oz. Bailey's Irish Cream
  • Splash of grenadine






Ingredients
  • 1 oz Grey Goose Vodka
  • 1 oz Triple Sec
  • 1 oz. Blue Curacao
  • Juice of one Lime
  • Black Sugar for coating the glass

Instructions
  1. Pour equal portions of the alcohol into a shaker over cracked ice.
  2. Shake, then strain into a chilled martini glass that has been rimmed with black sugar.

Ghost in the Graveyard
Serves 1
2 ounces black vodka
2 ounces creme de cacao or coffee-flavored liqueur
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
Pinch of finely grated nutmeg, for garnish
In a glass, combine vodka and creme de cacao, and set aside. Place a scoop of ice cream in a highball glass, and slowly pour vodka mixture over ice cream. Garnish with nutmeg; serve immediately.

Screwed-Up Screwdriver
Serves 1
1/4 cup ice
1/2 cup freshly squeezed tangerine juice
1 1/2 ounces black vodka
1 black licorice twist, for serving
Place ice in a tall glass. Pour juice into glass. Pour vodka over the back of a cocktail spoon into glass so it sits on top of juice and creates a layer of black. Slice 1/4 inch off each end of licorice, and use as a straw. Serve immediately.

Berry Scary Martini
Serves 1
1 cup ice
1 ounce black vodka
2 ounces cherry juice
Fresh raspberries and blueberries, for garnish
Combine ice, vodka, and cherry juice in a cocktail shaker; shake vigorously. Pour into a martini glassThread raspberries and blueberries onto a cocktail skewer, and place in drink. Serve immediately.

Recipe:


1oz Sour Apple Pucker
1oz Vodka
1oz Tripel Sec
1/2oz Grenadine for effect


Pour the vodka, sour apple and tripel sec into an ice filled cocktail shaker.  Shake away!  Strain into a chilled martini glass.  Slowly drip grenadine along the edge of the glass for the ‘drooling blood’ effect.
